WORKING PRINCIPLES:

LHP/Y Multi-Classifier begins with a rough and ready classification from the self-detaching district, where most of the oversize particle is rejected and the rest enter into the classifying district with upward air, where separating into the oversize part and the fine part is achieved by the centrifugal force and attraction force, the fine is collected and the oversize is discharged. LHP Multi-classifier being made of several LHB Classifiers is a closed loop system which can give several different specifications directly.

FEATURES

1. Suitable for the particle size in narrow distribution.

2. Gives several different specifications of product directly instead of several classifiers.

3. Consumption is reduced by 50% under the same handing capacity, compared with the horizontal and vertical type.

4. Efficiency is increased 50%, compared with the horizontal and vertical type.

5. Effectiveness of classification is high, and no oversize particle in the product.

6. Rotating speed is 50% lower than the speed of the others, the blade wheel is little abrasion for separating the material below 5Mohs' scale of hardness, and the service life is 5-8 times than the horizontal and vertical type when it is used for the material over 7Mohs' scale of hardness.

7. The structure of the blade wheel is diversification, it can be offered according to the different technical parameter.

8. Can be used with ball mill, Raymond mill, impact mill and jet mill in closed loop system.

9. Operates under the negative pressure, no mill dust.

10. The system is automatized and handle easily.

APPLICATIONS

1. Used for classification, removal of contamination and deagglomeration for numerous kinds of material.

2. Used for classifying numerous materials and the difficult-to-machine materials, such as adhesive materials, agglomerated particle and semi-fluid materials or separating the nanometer from coarse material.
