Working principle of LHF powder coating machine

A powder is fed into the Fluidization Powder Surface Modification Machine by a two screw chip adjustable-speed feeder; and modifying agent is pumped into the machine, the powder and modifying agent are distributed and atomize under the action of negative pressure produced by draft fan, making a compound body of two phase flow gas-solid fluidization, after being coated with modifying agent, the powder enters the cyclone or bag filter for collection.

Feature of LHF powder coating machine

1.Good result: the special arrangement mode of rotor and stator and the layout of high speed rotor and draft fan realize the complete mixture of powder and modifying agent in gas-solid fluidization, getting a good result owning to polyzonal disaggregation, coating and modification

2.High handling capacity: continuous process system, peak annual output can be 25000 tons, suitable for various scale commercial process.

3.Simple process: realize the integration of pyrogenation and refrigeration by means of aerothermodynamic theory instead of external electrical heating and oil heating and without additional heating system and refrigeration system because of the reduced production flow.

4.Low cost: power consumption is reduced by 30kw per ton, the utilization per cent of modifying agent is improved largely.

5.Function as deagglomeration and surface modification, suitable for various powders, such as white carbon black, mica and talc, with small bulk specific weight or large volume-weight ratio because of its special design to the machine.

6.Free of dust pollution: material moves in sealed pipeline under negative pressure, little dust out releasing and excellent production environment.
Application

Surface modification and deagglomeration for ground limestone, precipitated light calcium carbonate, washing and coalmeasures calcined kaolin, talc, quartz powder, mica, hydrafil, magnesium hydrate, brucite, superfine and precipitated barite, rubberlith, white carbon black, titanium pigment.
